This evolved 34 layout features 5'' more beam and a larger pilot house from my previous build.  This custom order was specifically designed to integrate C.A.D ergonomics for Shox brand seating.   Features drop down forward bolster seats paired with adjustable/foldable foot rests and aft passenger 180 degree swiveling captain's chairs.  Additionally bench space for 5th and 6th cabin passengers is achieved with a slider bases moving the captains chairs slightly forward.  All seating provides head rest pads with and arms reach cup holder. 

Advantac Freeman slider doors are paired with their diamond seaglaze flush mounted tempered glass.

 

Power has been upgraded from 300 Suzuki to 400 Mercury V10 with electric steering, joystick option.  Mercury cowling clearances in trailer position allowed us to improve fishing by shortening the combing pad to cowl distance.   5'' closer than any of competitors engine's greatly improving rod clearances to the back of engines.  Integral mount brackets eliminate mounting bolts into the hull, and making for cleaner antifouling maintenance.  Additionally a second removable upper helm station has been chosen built with 2'' bright dipped (anodized) pipework on billet breakaway mounts.  Noteworthy it also offers drop down seating for comfortable helm and control operations in either situation.  It’s unobstructed visibility of the entire aft deck area!  

 

Fuel capacity has increased from 375 to 440 gallons rigged as a split dual .250'' thick tank with 4 pickup's to allow for fuel throttle operation of both engines off 1 tank in the event of contamination.  The tank is protected an contained on both ends with water tight bulkheads.  An additional third water tight separates the bow section aft of the in deck 105 gallon fishbox.  Additionally aft is an additional 125 gallon fish box both of which are double walled and welded (sealed) into the 2'' deep hatch deck drain channel.  

 

Console entry is forward, head room down below at 6' making for comfortable access to electronics and electrical systems.  Under deck stowage (survival suits area) is a 5' wide 2' deep area doubling as easy access to the forward fish box whale diaphragm pump.  Plumbed with a nylon t fitting to allow for pipe plug quick drainage or emergency use a secondary bilge pumping accompanied by a Rule automatic 24hr pump.  The transom bilge is accessible with a Freeman 27" oval deck hatch and has this same set up with additional 2200gph backup pump.  Aft fishbox pump is transom mounted.

 

All 4 Odyssey 31 batteries raised be flush to access openings held down by custom 1/4'' alloy mounts and 316L hardware.

Located above deck in the false transom accessible through large tempress hatches.

A second sectioned off compartment outboard features fingertip access to Mercury rigg centers fuses, fuel selector valving, filters, and washdown,baitwell pumps. 

 

Seakeeper Ride 600 system is rigged with through transom wire run paired with a Garelick EZ-IN dual rung self deploying ladder.

 

The chosen electronics package has dual 16" dash MFD's, 9"overhead Simrad and a 12'' tower MFD.  4' doppler open array radar

Transom mounted TM275LHW CHIRP 42-65 and 150-250khz additional second ducer 165T-50/200 50,165,200khz mounted into a custom pad keel style fairing mount that also integrates the marine grade sch40 pipework to feed raw water into the above deck mounted strainer.
